Where can I be gentle with myself?
Sometimes life moves so fast that we forget to actually show up in it. This month’s Women Club session is an invitation to slow down, look around and ask yourself honestly: where am I truly present in my life?
Through collage and found objects, we’ll explore the idea of presence, what it feels like, where we find it and where we don’t. No artistic experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get a little reflective.
Come as you are. Leave knowing yourself a little better.
